Garments
At Doruntina Azemi every garment is handmade from scratch once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer.
As we are a small handmade to order brand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade especially for you once your order has been placed. Please be considerate when placing your order as once it is placed the garment is yours to keep.
To make sure you select the perfect size, we have created a size guide for you with our standard sizes to make sure you find the right fit.
Please allow anywhere between 1 – 2 weeks for the making of your garment; once purchased, the timing can differ depending on order demand at the time. Your item will then be shipped out to you. Shipping times can differ depending on which country you are ordering from.
All of our garments are made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
Should your order arrive damaged, please email a photo and your order number to orders@doruntinaazemi.com for us to assess the damage. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please report the damage within 14 days of receiving it. Regrettably any damages reported outside of that window will be refused.
Customise Garments
Should you find, after perusing the size guide, that the length of sleeves or the legs of trousers need adjusting, you can get in touch with us at orders@doruntinaazemi.com to order a custom sized piece.
*This service is separate from our Made to Measure service offering fully customisable garments and is intended for listed products that require minor alterations for sizing purposes.
Made to Measure
For a full custom piece you can contact us at made-to-measure@doruntinaazemi.com where you have the opportunity to create a full custom garment.
Scarves
Once a scarf has been purchased, the sale is final. Should your order arrive damaged, please email a photo and your order number to orders@doruntinaazemi.com for us to assess the damage. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original Illustrations and Hand-painted Artwork
Doruntina Azemi’s original hand illustrated or painted artworks are one of a kind. Once an original artwork has been purchased, the sale is final. Should your order arrive damaged, please email a photo and your order number to orders@doruntinaazemi.com for us to assess the damage. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Printed Illustrations and Paintings
Each illustration is printed on demand and once an item has been purchased we cannot offer any exchanges or returns. Sales of our printed illustrations are final. Should your order arrive damaged, please email a photo and your order number to orders@doruntinaazemi.com for us to assess the damage. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
